The sponge called Lungs
Breath smoothly throughout the nostrils
Imagine the air spiraling in and down to the lungs
letting the tissue fuse with the breathing, as you experience that.
Don't hold it! Don't impose your learn anatomy
allow the air and movement became one
Close your eyes, follow and flow the experience...
